1-2 guests per weeknight stay ( M-Th)        $160.00 / additional guest $45.00

1-2 guests per weekend ( F-Sun )                 $170.00/ additional guest $50.00

There is a 3 night minimum for an Under The Trees stay.

A light breakfast consisting of coffee/tea, toast, jam and fruit is included at an additional cost of $10/pp.

There is a $50.00 late arrival fee ( after 9:00 pm ).

There is a $10.00 additional fee for off street parking, when available.

We offer long term stay rates upon request.

If you would like to have our special Under The Trees breakfast, there is an additional charge of $25.00 per guest per night. The Under The Trees breakfast will include some of the following:

                      -a selection of bagels & lox, omelets, waffles or pancakes, a fruit salad, vegetable plate, yogurt, cheeses, special breads, muffins and cereals as well as coffee/tea and juice

If an Under The Trees breakfast is desired, please let us know 24 hours in advance.

A minimum deposit equal to a one night’s stay or 25% of the full amount of extended stays is required upon booking in order to reserve a suite. Deposits are not refundable.
Full payment is due upon arrival. At this time, we do not accept credit cards.
